The Sound Experience
Pure acoustic frequencies wash over you. We use Tibetan bowls tuned to specific chakra frequencies. Your body responds at a cellular level — heart rate slows, breathing deepens, stress hormones drop. It’s like a massage for your nervous system.
Guided Meditation
Our facilitators guide you through the experience. You’re not just lying there — you’re actively participating in your own healing. We focus on breath awareness, body scanning, and connecting with the vibrations. Most people drift into a meditative state within minutes.
Integration & Rest
After the session, we don’t rush you. You’ll spend 10-15 minutes integrating the experience in silence. This is when your body processes the healing. Many participants feel lighter, clearer, and noticeably more relaxed for days afterward.

You’ll arrive at our retreat space overlooking the sea. We’ll give you tea, answer questions, and help you get comfortable. No pressure — just a welcoming environment where you can let go.
Preparation
You’ll lie on a comfortable mat. We’ll explain what you’ll experience and answer any concerns. You’re in control — we adjust based on what feels right for you.
The Sound Bath
60 minutes of immersive sound healing. The bowls are played around you, the vibrations moving through your entire body. You’ll likely feel deeply relaxed, possibly experiencing vivid sensations or emotions.
Integration
We’ll gently guide you back. You’ll spend quiet time reflecting, drinking water, and journaling if you’d like. Many people leave feeling transformed — and the benefits deepen over the next few days.
