Questions About Sound Healing?
Find answers about our acoustic meditation sessions and vibration therapy retreats on Lamma Island
You’ll lie down in a comfortable position while we play Himalayan and crystal singing bowls around you. The vibrations from the bowls create waves of sound that move through your body, helping to release tension and bring your nervous system into a deeply relaxed state. Most people feel a profound sense of calm and some report experiencing tingling sensations or emotional shifts during the session.
Not at all. Our retreats welcome complete beginners and experienced practitioners equally. We guide you through everything, and the sound baths work whether you’ve meditated before or this is your first time. The vibrations do the work—you just need to show up and listen.
Many people feel deeply relaxed immediately after their first session—some even fall asleep during the bowls. The cumulative benefits build over time, especially during our multi-day retreats. Most participants notice improved sleep, reduced anxiety, and greater emotional clarity within 3-5 sessions.
Our 3-day and 5-day retreats include daily group sound baths, guided meditation sessions, vegetarian meals, and time to explore Lamma Island’s natural surroundings. You’ll stay in our peaceful retreat space with groups of 4-12 people, creating an intimate environment for healing without feeling crowded or overwhelming.
Sound healing is gentle and non-invasive, but if you have a pacemaker, are pregnant, or have severe mental health conditions, we ask that you consult your doctor first. We also recommend avoiding sessions if you’re experiencing acute pain or illness. During booking, we’ll ask about any health considerations so we can tailor your experience safely.
For individual sessions, we can often accommodate bookings within 1-2 weeks. Our group retreats fill up 4-8 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons, so we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your spot.
